TRAINING EVALUATION
We know that the success of the training is relevant to the appropriateness of the skills being taught.
As part of the training cycle, post course evaluation is essential to ensure the training has been effective
and for quality control and continuous improvement.
In Vizual Learning this is achieved in the following ways:
- We validate each training event through Course Evaluation Forms which are completed by each delegate at the
end of the course, and then reviewed and discussed by the senior management team.
- If we ever feel that the course evaluation forms show our course was not satisfactory then we
immediately investigate the problem and take remedial action.
- We follow up with the customer after the event to see how they are applying the knowledge and skills they have developed.
By using these methods we are able to properly evaluate the delivery of our training and training consultants.
CERTIFICATE OF ATTENDANCE
Training can be a very powerful motivator and a certificate can be valued by many learners, that’s why Vizual
Learning provide certificates for every delegate attending a training course.
Certificates of Attendance are issued to the training department, which indicates the learner has received training
on a specific course on a given date, to allow the training to be logged before the certificates are then filed or can be
distributed to the individual learners.
